We operate a NO smoking policy in vehicles for the safety and comfort of all (UK Law).

Any change to destination / extra pick ups or drop offs / waiting time incurred, will attract extra charges.

All rates are for bookings made via the web site at least 24 hours in advance. All bookings made in under 24 hours may incur a £20.00 surcharge. Any booking requested from LHR in under 2 hours may incur a £40.00 surcharge.

£20.00 admin charge per booking once confirmed
50% charge less than 12 hours
100% charge 2 hours or less

There is no Extra Charge for delayed flights. HOWEVER, time delay due to delayed, lost or damaged baggage and or Immigration delays WILL incur waiting charges after 29 mins from meeting time. Any extra parking charges incurred will also be charged.
