Meet and Greet in terminal of arrival. A name board will be displayed.
Parking charges up to 29 mins; chargeable thereafter including any waiting time.

There is no extra charge for delayed flights. HOWEVER, time delay due to delayed, lost or damaged baggage and Immigration delays WILL incur waiting time charges and extra parking charges after 29 mins from actual meeting time at airports. Fog aborted landings will incur a FULL charge plus the charge for any further later picks.

A full charge will apply when the airline or airport are at fault due to their failure for whatever reason.

Child seats (6 months to 4 years) and boosters 4 year + are available but must be booked in advance. (FOC)

IMPORTANT
Meeting point for all clients is at the location advised on your confirmation voucher in the arrivals hall, (unless pre-arranged e.g. BA arrivals lounge at a specified time).

Short haul flights / 1st class & Business class passengers will be met 30 mins after landing. Long haul flights will be met 50 mins after landing.

Booking conditions
We operate a NO smoking policy in all vehicles (UK law) including the use of Electronic Cigarettes.

Waiting time will be chargeable from the defined pick up time.

Only bottled water may be consumed whilst in any of the vehicles.

No food to be eaten unless the driver gives his/her permission.

Any change to destination / extra pick ups or drop offs / waiting time incurred, will attract extra charges.
Waiting time charges:
Outside M25 - £22.50 per half hour or part thereof
Inside M25 - £27.50 per half hour or part thereof

All rates are for bookings made via the web site at least 24 hours in advance. All bookings made in under 24 hours may incur a £20.00 surcharge. Any booking requested from LHR in under 2 hours may incur a £40.00 surcharge.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
£20.00 admin charge per booking once confirmed
50% charge less than 6 hours
100% charge 2 hours or less

Please note, a cancellation for an early morning arrival or pick up (before 10.00am) MUST be made before 18.00hrs the previous day or a full charge WILL apply, plus waiting time and any extra parking charges.

NO-SHOW, due to incorrect information being given on the booking, or failure by the client to call either the driver or emergency number, then a full charge WILL apply.
